About Goodnighties, Inc.
Goodnighties is a small, U.S,-based company dedicated to improving the sleep of women everywhere. Our mission is to give women healthy, pain-free nights sleep with the help of ionx fabric. In addition, this fabric provides cool, dry comfort that lasts all night. We welcome your input to improve our products.
Goodnighties is led by husband and wife team David and Marcia Bacon. With over thirty years of experience in the sports industry, David has been able to work extensively with every technical fabric on the market. College and professional athletes (as well as Olympians, astronauts, and the military) use various fabrics to aid in their performance and recovery by wicking moisture, increases bloodflow and helps their bodies wake up refreshed and rested.
Goodnighties was created when David and Marcia decided to meld that technology with a lighter, softer fabric that helps to provide a more healthy sleep to women everywhere.
Garment Care
We recommend washing in cold water with no bleach or fabric softener to maintain the unique qualities of the ionx fabric.
Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products may be offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
Backorders
If you have selected an item which has just run out of stock, a sales specialist will contact you right away to let you know when the item will be available. If you can't wait we will let you know what other colors/patterns are available immediately in the style and size you have ordered, and if substitution or waiting are not an option we will gladly refund your credit card for the purchase.
